Konstantina Maliarou

born in Athens in 1978. I graduated byzantine hagiography from the institute of Piraeus Athens in 1999. In my four-year attendance I studied drawing, colouring and byzantine art, icons, wall and fresco painting. In the same time I studied history of art and rythmology of architecture from ancient times until 20th century. My personal philosophy, is signaled from the phrase « art in life ». Knowing that art is for everybody. I intent to express it in apprenticeship, in all of her forms and in any way possible. I don't allow myself to be trapped in specific materials and technics, i always experiment and i like to express the art of painting on all surfaces. My existential quest as an artist remains the man and his study in relation to his existence.
