After having long probed the infinite possibilities of abstract art, Karim Tabit opens the doors to another world, a world that is very personal to him, a world of extreme sensitivity. From his recent paintings emerge a freshness, a sweetness and especially a joie de vivre that inevitably send us back to the world of childhood; a playful and colorful world where the wheels of wheelchairs take the shape of big inflatable balloons guided by flowers, these flowers vectors privileged of union between the beings. Tabit paints in a language nourished by the sensitivity of the heart. It takes us on a joyous journey on a background of universal dream. It reminds us of the essential joy that emerges from a smile, a caress, ... and above all it reiterates the promises of which all life is a carrier. These childlike beings are endowed with a rare emotional force, source of a toning dynamism which proves to be a very powerful engine allowing to confront the daily life and to go always forward.
