Currently an Art student at the Autonomous University of Baja California in Tijuana. Part of the TJINCHINA PROJECT SPACE staff (2014-2015), and the BOILING PROCESS collective, which since 2014 has had exhibitions in TJINCHINA (TJ), JAUS (LA), MEXICALI ROSE (MXL) and JOSHUE TREENIAL (JT). He is also part of the (ENTRE PARENTESIS) program for emerging artist from LA CAJA GALERÍA (TJ). Elsodelrac has had individual exhibitions at ESTUDIO 3 (TJ), Praxis Estudio de Arte (TJ), and Distrito 10 (TJ). Collectively, he has participated in exhibitions at OBJECT SPACE (TJ), ART PRODUCE (USA), LA BODEGA GALLERY (USA), CEART (TJ), among others. He is co-director of STUDIO HOPPING, a project by artists and for artists that seeks to create a union between active artists living at the Tijuana border. // The popular aesthetics of the border folklore and the Mexican gastronomy trigger and serve as material for this artist’s production, who seeks for a multisensory balance. He takes different context approaches towards some sensations that the social system labels as incorrect. He analyzes the human behavior attached to said social system, highlighting the submissive reality we actually live in. As an artist, he seeks to remain in a state of stimulation, journey which has guide him to a constant exploration of materials and disciplines, such as textiles, found art, painting, sculpture, among others.
