Nude Without Mandolin and Grapes

I have always been equally involved with making pictures and writing (and publishing) books. I mention the books because I once wrote a story called ‘Nude with Mandolin and Grapes’, about a painting made obscurely in Paris around 1907 and sold at auction for a very high price in the 21st century. This picture represents that model without the accoutrements. An A3 size painting in coloured ink with a little added pastel, I made it with dip pens and brushes on quality 300gsm card (much more sturdy than paper). The picture is presented in a black mount, which brings the total size to 20" x 16" - ideal for framing.
