My Love on Canvas

This piece is talking about the love I have for art. The house represents home – which means unity and togetherness for me. Home is a circle – father, mother and children. Because of the love that family has for one another, the circle doesn’t get broken, and the home is complete. It’s the safe space for its members. Art is my home. The canvas is my comfort zone – where I find freedom in expressing myself. It’s the place where my heart bleeds. It’s like having so much love that its overflowing. Not just for the art but for life itself, because I feel art is life. If God is an artist then art must be life.
