I wanted to explore the theme of the 50s and pop art icons by mixing well known portraits with classic cars to capture the feeling of an era. The aim of the car portraits was an attempt to capture the personality of a car instead of a person. There is a slight eerie, Alfred Hitchcock feeling to this painting. Like an old black and white horror movie setting.
