Nuba 2

First painting "Nuba 2" from analogous name serie "Nuba". Inspired by South African native tribe Nuba. Each one painting from this serie is my adopted version of their traditional "body art" styles, which they use during their traditional festival periods. For them this kind of self-expression and decoration of their bodies with different kind of ornaments is very important and sometimes takes couple of hours to do. I was interested by this theme, because their conception of the "perfection" of human body is very close to my vision, and i also evaluate the human body as the greatest and the most beautiful "mechanism" originated by the Mother Nature.
