Strange Adventure

This is a painting of a dream. it started when I found the small oval postcard in an old shop in an alleyway in Lisbon. The second element was the background which went through many layers of diluted paint, onto which I glued some painted card, some parts of a picture from a magazine, the words 'Etrange Aventure', some pieces of plain car, part of wedding invitation I was sent and finally I drew on top with a fine pen. Every time I look at this painting I see something new in it and it retains its dreamlike quality and mystery...
