What inspired me to create this piece: I was wearing this outfit on the 26th of August 2019, and as I was walking down the street I tripped and broke my foot. I then had to stay in cast for 3 months. This gave me the  opportunity to reflect and focus on the more important things in life. But more importantly it inspired me to create this painting to express how I felt towards the whole experience. The flower holds all the positive feelings I carry from this experience. It took me 4 months to create this piece and to take care of the details.
