Saints Apostles Peter and Paul

Saints Apostles Peter and Paul -“Icons in Romanian clothes” (first years AD-67), celebrated on the 29th of June. Saints who, having to redeem much: Peter – the formal denial of Jesus; Paul – the persecution of the Church of Jesus. They have become the most important Apostles and Missionaries of Jesus, and are considered the main founders of the Christian Church as an institution. While they were in prison, although they’ve been tortured, they confessed Jesus as the Son of God – God who can forgive any mistake. Therefore, they were declared protectors of the penitentiary system in Romania. They are on the frontal of a Church with Romanian specific architectural motifs.
