The painting in shades of green contrasted with the planes of the characters and, as we guess from the title, the instrument. We see a portrait of a focused girl, but our attention is also drawn to the abstract shapes of the imagined landscape beyond. An image in a rather sentimental mood, takes us to the edge of the imagination, reflection, dreams, like when listening to music.
